Are all your earrings handmade?
Yes! Every piece of Hooked by Ce jewellery is handcrafted by me in small batches using polymer clay. I hand-mix my colours and carefully finish each piece, meaning no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes. All pierced earrings are made using hypoallergenic stainless steel or gold-plated stainless steel findings, making them suitable for most sensitive ears.
Do you offer clip-on earrings?
Yes! Many of my dangle designs can also be made with comfortable hypoallergenic clip-on fittings in silver or gold.
If you're ordering online, simply leave a note at checkout or send me a message before placing your order. If you're unsure whether a design can be made as a clip-on, just ask.
Do you make custom orders?
Absolutely. Whether you're looking for a particular colour, county colours, wedding jewellery or a bespoke gift, I'd be delighted to create something just for you. I can also create matching jewellery sets and coordinate colours to suit your occasion. Simply get in touch to discuss your ideas.
What if something I love is sold out?
Many designs can be recreated. If a piece is showing as sold out, please get in touch and I'll let you know whether it can be made again or customised in another colour.
Will my jewellery look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is individually handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, pattern and texture are part of what makes your jewellery unique. Because every colour is hand-mixed, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Is your jewellery lightweight?
Yes. Polymer clay is exceptionally lightweight, making it comfortable to wear all day, whether for everyday wear or special occasions.
Will my jewellery tarnish over time?
My jewellery is made using quality hypoallergenic findings, but like all jewellery, the metal components may naturally show signs of wear over time. Contact with perfume, fake tan, moisturisers and other beauty products can accelerate this process. To keep your jewellery looking its best, simply wipe it clean after wearing with the complimentary polishing cloth and store it in a cool, dry place.
Can I request matching jewellery?
In many cases, yes. I can often create matching earrings, necklaces, cufflinks, tie pins and gift sets. If you have something specific in mind, just get in touch.
Do you accept commissions for weddings or bridal parties?
Yes! I love creating bespoke jewellery for weddings, bridesmaids and special occasions. Please contact me as early as possible so we can discuss your ideas and timescales.
Can I send my order directly as a gift?
Yes! I'm happy to send your order directly to the recipient. If you'd like to include a personal message, simply leave your message along with the recipient's name and address in the notes section at checkout, and I'll include it with your order.
Is my order gift-ready?
Every order is thoughtfully packaged and beautifully presented, making it perfect for gifting or as a treat for yourself. Each order also includes a jewellery care card and a complimentary polishing cloth to help keep your pieces looking their best.
Do you offer local collection or delivery?
Yes. You can select local collection at checkout if you're in the Birr/Crinkill area. Otherwise, I offer flat-rate postage across Ireland and the UK. If your location isn't listed, just get in touch and I'll be happy to help.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for standard An Post delivery.
Where is your jewellery made?
Every piece of Hooked by Ce jewellery is handcrafted by me in Crinkill, Co. Offaly. From mixing colours to the final finishing touches, each design is created with care and attention to detail.
Can my jewellery be repaired?
Accidents happen! If your Hooked by Ce jewellery becomes damaged, please get in touch. Where possible, I'll always do my best to repair your jewellery or replace findings so you can continue enjoying your piece.
Please note that repairs will depend on the type and extent of the damage.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal, through my secure SumUp store.
